As soon as we receive proof of payment, we will start the design process.
Your design will be sent to you for approval and once we receive approval, production will commence.
Average lead time is 5-7 working days, depending on the size of your order. (after artwork approval)
Kindly ensure that artwork, names and telephone numbers are correct when approving artwork. Approval must be given via WhatsApp / email, no telephonic orders/approvals/changes will be accepted.
When choosing the 'Custom Artwork' option, please WhatsApp / email your artwork after receiving your quote.
Please refrain from sending AI images. These images can only be used as a guideline, but final artwork will very likely differ from the AI image.
Orders can be collected from our store in Evander, from our collection point at the Stratcon Control Room at Lake Umuzi, Secunda or alternatively we can courier your order to your door.
